Make a lasting impression
You want your listing to stand out and great photos will do just that. A photo is worth a thousand words and, in Real Estate, a great photo can be worth thousands of dollars. n today’s fast-paced society people are spending more time ‘shopping’ online. Home buyers are looking for houses online long before they contact a Realtor.
Our focus is quality
Unlike many of the larger, impersonal photography companies out there, who compromise quality for quantity and quick turnover, Dave understands the importance of quality and attention to detail and wants your home to look its best.
A bad photo can be very off-putting to a buyer, whereas a great photo can increase interest and potentially the sale price, so why take the risk?
For Best Results:
Here are a few tips to help better prepare the home so the photos look their best:
-
Schedule the photos to be taken AFTER a house cleaning.
-
Remove and store away any yard waste, garden hoses and any other garden tools.
-
Clear away any pet items like food & water dishes, pet beds and toys. Not everyone is a pet lover and you could lose the interest of a potential buyer.
-
Having a clean kitchen is so important! Even little things like removing fridge magnets and keeping countertop appliances to a minimum can make a big difference.
-
Make sure all lights are working and all burnt-out light bulbs are replaced. A house without light is a house without soul.
